Absolutely! Our stations work in a self-configuration format – guests select ingredients, toppings, and flavors, and we serve them.

Service and Staff

Yes – we deliver the equipment, prepare products, serve guests, and clean up after the service.

It depends on the scale – minimum 1–2 people per station; we add more staff for larger events.

Yes – we have English-speaking team members (perfect for international events).

Yes – for birthdays, family parties, corporate gatherings, and more.

Branding and Personalization

Yes – we can prepare cups, foam/stand elements, menus, decorations, and other items aligned with your corporate identity.

Yes – we have dedicated setups for each attraction; we care about aesthetics and can prepare premium branding.

Logistics and Technical Requirements

We are based in Warsaw and operate nationwide (also multi-day events). Travel within Warsaw up to 50 km from the Palace of Culture is included.

230V power (approx. 1.8 kW), access to water, and a place for waste disposal.

We are practically self-sufficient; we only require power, a designated area, water, and waste disposal access.

Yes – our equipment is quiet and adapted for indoor use.

Event Formats

Yes – we can set up stations for several days or provide continuous service (festivals, fairs, city events).

Yes – kids love cotton candy, lemonade, popcorn, and waffles; we also provide children’s decorations and animations.

Reservations, Changes and Cancellations

Yes – according to the contract terms; last-minute cancellations may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Yes – if the new date is available, we’ll move the service.

Ideally a few weeks ahead (especially for summer and weekends); we sometimes accept last-minute requests.

Payments and Formalities

Yes – we are a registered VAT payer (23%), listed on the official register.

Typically 30% deposit upon booking, the rest after the event.

Yes – for every event we sign a clear agreement that outlines the terms of cooperation.

Safety and Compliance

Yes – we use certified, high-quality equipment that meets all catering and health & safety standards.
